php99 supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in PHP. php99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the transaction request.
Withdrawal Conditions: Before processing a withdrawal, php99 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. php99 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit made to php99 is a breach of these Terms. php99 reserves the right to suspend your account and pursue recovery of any funds subject to an unauthorized chargeback.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, php99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. php99's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
php99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the php99 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact php99 customer support in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. php99 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
